Who can participate?
Non-Residents Welcome — Children from any community are invited to join our league!
Non-residents may pay a small additional field fee, but our program is open to everyone.
What ages can play?
Girls ages 5–17 are eligible to participate in Girls Play Flag Football (GPFF).
We proudly partner with NFL FLAG to deliver a fun, safe, and empowering flag football experience.
What is the time commitment for practices and games?
All practices and games take place on the same day, requiring only a 2-hour total weekly commitment.
Teams practice one hour before their game at the same location.
Will there be any practices during the week?
No. We are a recreational program designed to make football accessible, inclusive, and fun while respecting family time.
Any additional practices outside the scheduled game day are completely optional and at the discretion of the coach — but players may not be penalized for missing them.
How long is the season?
Each season includes 6 regular-season games plus a Division Tournament at the end — for a total of 7 weeks of football fun!
When will I receive team information?
Team information, practice times, and a full game schedule will be sent via email 7–10 days prior to the start of the season.

We manage hundreds of players and teams each season — thank you for your patience while we finalize rosters, field times, and coach assignments.
When will I hear from my coach?
You will hear from your coach about 5–7 days before Week 1, following our virtual Coaches Meeting, which is held prior to the start of the season.
How do I find my roster and schedule?
We use the MOJO App for all team communication.
Once rosters are released, you can view your team’s schedule, roster, and practice drills right from your phone.
When will my player receive their uniform and equipment?
After team formation is complete, families will be invited to Uniform Week to pick up jerseys, flags, and mouthguards.
Mouthguards are required for every practice and game and are available for $5 at the field each week.
What equipment does my player need?
Every registered player receives an official NFL FLAG reversible jersey and a flag belt (included in registration).

Your registration helps us provide a safe, organized, and high-quality experience for all players.
How will we be notified about weather cancellations?
Living in the Midwest means weather can change quickly.
If the weather looks questionable, please check your email frequently for updates.
We typically make the call as close to practice or game time as possible.
If bad weather develops during play, please be prepared to pick up your child promptly.
We do not issue refunds for weather-related cancellations, but we schedule make-up games at the end of the season whenever possible.
Do you allow make-up games or refunds for weather cancellations?
Make-up games are held when possible at the end of the season.
Because we secure fields and officials in advance, we are unable to offer refunds due to inclement weather.
